Innovaw has newly launched a new product - Freestanding motor housing, Diameter 104mm, which is mainly used in small motors and is one of the important accessories for such small motors.

This product adopts gravity casting and supporting machining process, the finished product not only has excellent mechanical properties and good surface accuracy, but also has good corrosion resistance and lightweight features, for such small motors to provide higher performance and more reliable solutions.

After receiving customer's drawings and requirements, our company first analyzes them through DFM, and then strictly follows APQP process for product development. During the product development process, we adopt SPC to monitor the key parameters in the production process, and fully verify the accuracy and reliability of the measurement system through MSA tools. We combine FMEA for risk assessment, systematically identify possible potential problems and formulate corresponding preventive and improvement measures Finally, after all design and manufacturing requirements are met, we submit a complete prototype for verification through the PPAP process to ensure that the product complies with the customer's quality standards and meets the requirements for mass production.

INNOVAW's professional engineers design the 3D model of the product according to the drawings, conduct rapid prototype verification, and finally, according to the characteristics of the product, complete the manufacturing of the actual mold in the form of external mold and sand core.
