die casting molds ready for export to USA

the molds are now ready for export to our customer in USA. They will be used for cold chamfer die casting machine 1250T. these die casting toolings designed with 3D model and simulation analysis, produced with cavity material H13 and frame material 1045 steel, tooling life guarantee is: 50,000-60,000 shots. Some customer required the longer tooling life, and we can select the mold cavity material SKD61 from JAPAN, or Sweden ASSAB steel DIVAR which can reach the tooling life more than 80,000 shots. Currently we are exporting high pressure die casting mold, gravity casting mold and low pressure casting mold around 20sets per month to NORTH America, EUROPE, including trimming die as well if customer want. INNOVAW produced molds for both export and our own foundry and local aluminum casting foundry.
