Low Pressure Die Casting in INNOVAW
Innovaw's low pressure die casting line has a total of 15 fully automated low pressure die casting machines, including molten aluminum units, aluminum transport units, scrap conveyor mechanisms and product processing units, and is also equipped with an automated control system. Our low pressure die casting products cover automotive manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, industrial equipment, medical devices, marine, energy and other industries. The castings range in size from 100mm-1000mm in length, 50mm-800mm in width, 40mm-500mm in height, and from 500g to 300kg in weight, with a daily production capacity of 8-10 tons. We also have more than 30 CNC machining centers of brands such as DMG Mori and Japanese MAZAK, BROTHER and American HASS.

At the same time, with the support of China's powerful supply chain, it provides customers with full-chain aluminum die casting product solutions.
Low pressure die casting is a manufacturing process used to produce metal parts by using pressure to fill molten metals into pre-designed molds, which are then cooled and solidified to obtain the corresponding casting products. During this process, a holding furnace is located underneath the casting, and compressed dry air applies pressure to the surface of the crucible's molten metal, forcing the liquid metal to enter the mold through an ascending tube from bottom to top until it solidifies. This method is suitable for casting a variety of complex shape metal products, with casting integrity is high, good mechanical properties, good size and stability, good surface finish and other technical characteristics.
