Low Pressure Die Casting in INNOVAW

Innovaw's low pressure die casting line consists of 15 state-of-the-art, fully automated low pressure die casting machines, including molten aluminum units, aluminum liquid delivery units, scrap conveyor mechanisms, and product processing units, as well as automated control systems. Our low pressure die casting products cover automotive manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, industrial equipment, medical devices, marine, energy and other industries. The castings range in size from 100mm-1000mm in length, 50mm-800mm in width, 40mm-500mm in height, and from 500g to 300kg in weight, with a daily production capacity of 8-10 tons. We also have more than 30 CNC machining centers of brands such as DMG Mori and Japanese MAZAK, BROTHER and American HASS.

Innovaw certified with the world-class IATF 16949 quality control system, the quality management team apply APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, including control plans and statistics analysis and other core tools to achieve production process control.

Innovaw apply regular process audit via VDA6.3 and product audit via VDA6.5

8D analysis and report is used regular for customer complaints to solve problems from the root.

All products need to pass the whole process inspection, including Spectrometer, 3D scan, X-ray, ZEISS CMM, etc. from the first article to final inspection.

All testing equipment is regularly calibrated and the record is traceable.

Low pressure die casting is a manufacturing process used to produce metal parts by using pressure to fill molten metals into pre-designed molds, which are then cooled and solidified to obtain the corresponding casting products. During this process, a holding furnace is located underneath the casting, and compressed dry air applies pressure to the surface of the crucible's molten metal, forcing the liquid metal to enter the mold through an ascending tube from bottom to top until it solidifies. This method is suitable for casting a variety of complex shape metal products, with casting integrity is high, good mechanical properties, good size and stability, good surface finish and other technical characteristics.
